Three more mini prints...

Happy Friday to you! Got any big weekend plans? Think James and I will be doing some "spruce up the house" thingies, go hiking with Maisie and take in a movie.

We've been on a mission to see as many movies as we can before the Academy Awards although we've made a pretty wimpy attempt so far! We've only seen "Milk", "The Wrestler" and "Revolutionary Road". They're all fantastic movies though....the "Wrestler" being my favorite. We're thinking of seeing "The Reader" next...any opinions about that one?

I just added these three mini prints below to my Etsy Shop. I've got a new dog painting in the works too...so hopefully will be able to show you that early next week.

"Egg"

And one more thing!...the little treasure below is something I bought for myself this week on Etsy. If you haven't seen Vintage By Crystal's Shop...you've got to check it out. She makes the most amazing little cotton spun creatures. I just love them!

I love the way you've mastered the color palette. I still a long way to go, but in the mean time, I'm learning and getting inspiration from you!

That red door looks just like my front door...every house should have a red door...We rented from Red Box tonight The Visitor...nominated for best actor..My daughter said it was pretty good...and we are watching for the second time Tropic Thunder...a dopey movie but I loved Robert Downey's character and the great line "He's got Hands!!".....

I just love these mini paintings Linda! Wonderful work!

I'm also on a mission to see the same movies. I just saw The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and it was great. Everyone tells me how fantastic the Wrestler is .....I cried during the trailer so I know I'll love it!!

I can envision the egg and glass of milk print hanging nicely in my kitchen! I love the idea of your mini prints.

I go to the movies quite often, but evidentally, my taste is a bit off, as most movies I see never get nominated for awards!

I am, however, looking forward to see "Coraline".

Hi Linda! Mini prints - what a great idea! "Egg" is so delicate and wonderful. It looks like you've been really busy. I like the new one "Last one from the Tree", too. Such wonderful colors!
