Juicy Fruit

"An Apple a Day"
12" x 12" acrylic and fabric on canvas

available in my Etsy Shop

Here's a new Still Life...apples and pears are my favorites to paint. I think I'm feeling a fruit painting frenzy coming on!

Below is a picture of my little snow baby from yesterday. This is a rare shot when her face isn't buried in the white stuff. Sweet girl!

Hi Linda,
Do I see texture in the background of the Apple painting?
It gives a great effect!

I can see Miss Maisie's smile, she must be having a great time.
Hugs,
Anna

I don't know how you do it, but the way you work with green is almost magical!

I guess Maisie really loves the cold and the snow. I wonder what Junior would do in the snow...probably stare at it!

Hi....love the picture...it's so Sante Fe apple looking...if Sante Fe was famous for apples...this is what they would look like...and beleive me Maisie would not want to get anywhere near Boo.....the smell coming from theback of that car.....horrible. thank goodness it's a convertible and I was able to air it out.....and he has to go back to the vet this saturday....can you say..."Depends for Dogs".....I think there may be a market.
