Balance #2

"Balance #2"
acrylic and collage on canvas
available in my Etsy Shop here

Here is my second "Balance" painting. Thought I would get a little more textural with this one.

Coming next...a new dog painting! The first one who can guess which breed will get some free greeting cards of the little guy. The only hint is..."he's a gentleman". Good luck!

"I always try to balance the light with the heavy...a few tears
of human spirit in with the sequins and the fringes." ~ Bette Midler

Hmm...could it be one of your very favorite breeds, the BOSTON TERRIER???

I really like the texture and the light turquoise against the periwinkle on this one!

I adore your abstracts, as they are still filled with character somehow. I am in the process of choosing a frame for the piece you sent me awhile back. It's going to hang in my newly decorated studio!

If you have a spare moment, have a look at my latest blog post, as I've included a collage of "Junior staring" photos!

yummy colors as always. I am guessing it is a Scottie, because they are very distinguished.

Love the texture Linda! The painting is great! I would have guessed the Boston because I have one and he's such a gentleman......not.....lol! I'm going to guess a Spaniel and I'm not sure why!!
